Management Dashboards for ManyPixels

ManyPixels is a $500k/year business that offers unlimited design services. Robin, the CEO asked us to create a few customized dashboards so he could have all his key metrics in one single place and stop doing repetitive Google Sheets tasks. The most important KPIs he wanted to see were Income, Costs, Profit, MRR but also Active Subscriptions, Customers, Churn Rate and LTV.

We created 3 dashboards, each for a specific purpose: Financials, Customers and Growth.
  • Financials is all about tracking revenues, refunds, fees, costs and profit on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Income and Refund data were aggregated from Stripe, PayWhirl and PayPal while Costs data were pulled from PayPal and Google Sheets.
  • Customers gives insights on the subscribers location, their acquisition and possible refund dates as well as their average Life Time Value using PayWhirl data.
  • Growth represents the backbone of any subscription business and displays the number of active subscriptions, MRR and Churn Rate over time by pulling data from Stripe, PayPal and PayWhirl.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Can I get my money back if I don’t like the results?
Yeap! If for any reason you are not happy with your dashboards, we will gladly refund you as stated in our 14-day 100% money back guarantee.
What if I want to stop using the service? Do I keep my dashboards?
No, this is unfortunately not possible. We use internal tools and scripts to pull, transform and aggregate data from their sources. These will be hosted by us and we will not be able to share them once you leave. Similarly, your dashboards will be shared via your Google account but will be hosted and maintained by us.
What is the process once I have made the first payment?
As soon as you have made the first payment, we will get in touch with you either via email or phone. First step will be to understand your requests and get the necessary credentials to your data sources. We will then start working on your dashboard.
How can it be so cheap?
We are able to offer these super nice prices mainly because we are not a conventional Business Intelligence consulting agency. We chose to limit our offer, to work mainly with Google Data Studio and to create very clear production processes. This allows us to be super focused and to deliver results fast and efficiently.
How long does it take to get a dashboard?
It depends on several factors: number of data sources, amount and complexity of data, data transformation and cleaning needed, etc. We do all the work, we do not outsource, so it also depends on how many projects we have in the pipeline. In general and if not otherwise stated, we guarantee a first delivery within 10 days.
How much work can you realistically expect in a month?
Again, it depends. If we have already established connection with your data sources, it takes only a few days to create a new dashboard and only a couple of hours to do small modifications. However, if we need to get familiar with new data, this takes a bit more time. As of rule of thumb you can expect 2 dashboards per month and 4-5 modifications.
How can I access my dashboard?
We create our dashboards using Google Data Studio. Once it is done, we will share the dashboard with your and your team and it will be accessible in your browser through a URL link, your Google Drive or Google Data Studio directly.
Do I need a Google account?
Since we mainly work with Google Data Studio, you will indeed need a personal or professional Google account so we can share your dashboards with you and your team.
What is considered as a data source?
A data source is any tool, software, spreadsheet or database you would like us to pull data from.
